With the weather heating up, our staff chef Gordon Ramsay would like to offer 3 quick tips for the perfect Kick Off To Summer BBQ ... 1) Don't take short cuts. Slow-braise your rabbit tenderloins in the black grape and olive reduction for all 8 hours called for. 2) Treat side dishes with the same attention as main courses.
